Critical Dissolution Rule: ALWAYS add caustic soda pearls SLOWLY to cold water while continuously stirring. NEVER add water directly to dry caustic soda, as this will cause violent exothermic boiling, hazardous chemical spit-back, and severe thermal/chemical burns.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Operators must wear chemical-resistant nitrile/PVC gloves, safety goggles, face shields, protective aprons, and safety boots.
Storage Environment: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse away from acids (e.g., Hydrochloric Acid), flammable liquids, organic solvents, and moisture sources. Keep bags tightly closed when not in use.
